EXPLANATORY NOTE

This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order 2019 to –(a) specify that the Department of State Growth is responsible to the Minister for Local Government in relation to the administration of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 ; and(b) assign to the Premier the administration of the Brand Tasmania Act 2018 and specify that Brand Tasmania is responsible to the Premier in relation to the administration of that Act; and(c) correct a minor error in the reference to the Tasmanian Health Service Act 2018 .
