Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) declares portions of Brooker Avenue, the Southern Outlet and the Tasman Highway as State highways; and

(b) declares portions of certain roads (known as the Davey/Macquarie Couplet) as a single subsidiary road, with the classification of main road; and

(c) consequentially amends an earlier proclamation (S.R. 1970, No.67); and

(d) revokes all, or part of, certain spent proclamations in respect of the Brooker Highway, Southern Outlet Highway and Tasman Highway.
