Work Health and Safety Amendment Regulations 2018

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012 by implementing nationally agreed changes to the model Work Health and Safety Regulations including –

(a) amending the definitions of "concrete placing boom", "lift", "pressure piping", "tower crane" and "turbine"; and

(b) removing the requirement for certain notifications to the regulator to be in writing; and

(c) correcting references; and

(d) making other minor amendments.
