These regulations amend the Land Use Planning and Approvals Regulations 2014 in relation to the limitation on the fee chargeable in relation to use for visitor accommodation, so that the regulations are consistent with Planning Directive No. 6 – Exemption and Standards for Visitor Accommodation in Planning Schemes.
