EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe –(i) requirements for the contents of certain applications under the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 ; and(ii) requirements relating to special treatments and consents to medical and dental treatments under that Act; and(iii) provisions relating to fees to be paid under that Act; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Guardianship and Administration Regulations 2007 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
