EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations amend the Building Regulations 2016 by –(a) empowering the Director of Building Control to make determinations in respect of documentary requirements, visitor accommodation, occupancy permits, temporary occupancy permits, and verification of work in relation to building certificates; and(b) prescribing certain offences within those regulations as infringement notice offences and specifying the applicable penalties for those offences.
