EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations amend the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2010 by –

(a) extending the period for which the road safety levy is payable; and

(b) converting the road safety levy from a dollar amount to fee units.
