EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations (a) prescribe, for the purposes of the Anatomical Examinations Act 2006 , the records, documents and particulars that must be kept by the Head of the Faculty of Health in the University of Tasmania in relation to bodies of deceased persons accepted for anatomical examinations; and(b) specify, for that Act, the procedures to be undertaken while such a body is in the control of the Head of that Faculty; and(c) set, for that Act, the application fee for an individual authorisation to undertake anatomical examinations; and(d) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Anatomical Examinations Regulations 2007 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
