EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

For the purposes of the Trustee Companies Act 1953 , these regulations –

(a) prescribe certain amounts relating to an election to administer small estates under that Act; and

(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Trustee Companies Regulations 2006 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
