EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe certain offences as offences in relation to which an environmental infringement notice may be served; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Regulations 2006 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
