These regulations –(a) prescribe the fees that are payable on applications for certificates under the Historic Cultural Heritage Act 1995 ; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Historic Cultural Heritage Regulations 2006 under the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
