EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) amend the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2011 by revising the schedule of traffic infringement notice offences in line with recent changes to the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2014 made consequent on the commencement of the fatigue management provisions of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania); and(b) rescind regulations that have been made redundant by those recent changes.
