EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe the components of "flavoured milk" and "modified milk"; and(b) prescribe fees in respect of dairy farmers', manufacturers', processors' and vendors' licences; and(c) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Dairy Industry Regulations 2004 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
