EXPLANATORY NOTE

This order –(a) specifies the maximum full adult fares that Metro Tasmania Pty. Ltd. may charge on scheduled route services during the period of 2 years following the day on which the order takes effect; and(b) specifies the minimum discount to be applied to full adult fares paid by means of a Metro Greencard; and(c) revokes the Government Prices Oversight (Metro Bus Fares) Order 2009 .
