EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) provide, amongst other miscellaneous matters, for –(i) applications for a pipeline licence; and(ii) the safe operation of regulated activities; and(iii) the contents of a facility safety case; and(iv) the standards and codes with which the holder of a pipeline licence must comply; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Gas Pipelines Regulations 2002 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
