EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) provide for an order for periodic maintenance made by the Supreme Court under section 47 of the Relationships Act 2003 to be recorded as a judgment of the Magistrates Court; and(b) prescribe the fees payable under that Act; and(c) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Relationships Regulations 2003 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
