EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations –(a) make provision in respect of various matters relating to the lodgment or registration of documents under the Registration of Deeds Act 1935 ; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Registration of Deeds Regulations 2002 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
