EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations –(a) prescribe various matters for the purposes of the Land Titles Act 1980 , including the manner in which dealings and applications are to be lodged for registration with the Recorder of Titles; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Land Titles Regulations 2002 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
