EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations –(a) provide for various matters in relation to applications under sections 84B , 84C and 84D of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884 ; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Regulations 2002 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
