EXPLANATORY NOTE

This order determines –(a) for the purposes of sections 90(5)(a) and 107(2B)(a) of the Local Government Act 1993 , the relevant percentage that applies to the Central Highlands Council in respect of the 2012-2013 financial year; and(b) for the purposes of sections 90(5)(b) and 107(2B)(b) of that Act, the relevant percentage that applies to that Council in respect of the 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 financial years.
