These regulations amend the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Regulations 2006 by updating the table of infringement notice offences and penalties for waste management offences consequent on the making of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Waste Management) Regulations 2010 .
