EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) make provision in respect of fire protection equipment, fire protection systems, fire exits, fire evacuation plans and various other matters relating to the fire safety of certain premises; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the General Fire Regulations 2000 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
