These regulations amend the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2010 by extending, until 1 July 2012, the period of the exemption for certain drivers providing community transport services from the requirement to hold an ancillary certificate under the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 .
