These regulations –(a) prescribe the fees payable under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1999 ; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Regulations 2000 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
