EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations, which replace the National Parks and Reserved Land Regulations 1999 consequent on their repeal under the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 –(a) provide for the management of reserved land and for the imposition of charges in relation to the management of reserved land in certain circumstances; and(b) prescribe offences and penalties relating to infringement notices and vehicle infringement notices.
