EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) provide for a range of matters to regulate the recreational fishery in inland waters; and(b) prescribe fees and infringement notice offences for that fishery; and(c) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Inland Fisheries (Recreational Fishing) Regulations 1999 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
