These regulations –(a) prescribe certain fees payable for each premises specified in –(i) an application for a tobacco seller's licence; and(ii) an application for the renewal of a tobacco seller's licence; and(ii) a notification of additional premises; and(b) rescind the Public Health (Tobacco Seller's Licence) Regulations 2000 .
