Public Health (Tobacco Seller's Licence) Regulations 2009
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Public Health Act 1997 .

These regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Tobacco Seller's Licence) Regulations 2009 .
These regulations take effect 7 days after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations Act means the Public Health Act 1997 .
(1) For section 74B of the Act, the prescribed fee for an application for a tobacco seller's licence is 144 fee units for each premises specified in the application.(2) For section 74F of the Act, the prescribed fee for an application for the renewal of a tobacco seller's licence is 144 fee units for each premises specified in the application.(3) For section 74K of the Act, the prescribed fee for a notification of additional premises is 144 fee units for each premises specified in the notification.
The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is rescinded.

(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations (a) prescribe certain fees payable for each premises specified in (i) an application for a tobacco seller's licence; and(ii) an application for the renewal of a tobacco seller's licence; and(ii) a notification of additional premises; and(b) rescind the Public Health (Tobacco Seller's Licence) Regulations 2000 .
