EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) make provision under the Goods (Trade Descriptions) Act 1971 in respect of –(i) boots and shoes; and(ii) textile products; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Goods (Trade Descriptions) Regulations 1999 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
