EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) provide for the conduct, control and management of the Settlement Point cemetery by the Aboriginal Land Council of Tasmania; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Aboriginal Lands (Settlement Point Cemetery) Regulations 1999 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
