EXPLANATORY NOTE

This order amends the Major Infrastructure Development Approvals (Waddamana to Risdon Vale Electricity Transmission Line Project) Order 2004 consequent on the enactment of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Amendment (Environment Protection Authority) Act 2007 by –

(a) replacing a reference to the Board of Environmental Management and Pollution Control with a reference to the Board of the Environment Protection Authority; and

(b) omitting an obsolete reference to the Director of Environmental Management.
