These regulations –(a) prescribe the fees payable under the Health Act 1997 for hospital services provided to certain persons in public hospitals; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Health (Fees) Regulations 1997 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
