EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations amend the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Regulations 2006 by –(a) omitting provisions of the Environment Protection (Domestic Solid Fuel Burning Appliances) Regulations 1993 as offences in relation to which a person may accept an environmental infringement notice; and(b) inserting provisions of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Distributed Atmospheric Emissions) Regulations 2007 as offences in relation to which a person may accept an environmental infringement notice.
