EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) declare tobacco products to be goods to which section 15 of the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 of the Commonwealth applies; and(b) declare the Public Health Act 1997 , to the extent that it deals with tobacco products, to be a law to which section 15 of the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 of the Commonwealth applies; and(c) expire on 31 July 2008.
