EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2001 so as to –

(a) provide that a transport enforcement vehicle may be fitted with one or more flashing lights of any colour and one or more reflectors of any colour; and

(b) update a legislative reference consequent on the enactment of the Emergency Management Act 2006.
