EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe certain matters for the purposes of Part VI of the Fire Service Act 1979 which relates to the finances of the State Fire Commission; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Fire Service (Finance) Regulations 1996 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
