These regulations –(a) provide for various matters under the Fertilizers Act 1993 including labelling requirements, strength and quality standards, and fees; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Fertilizers Regulations 1993 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
