EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations –(a) prescribe the maximum percentage that can be determined by the Treasurer as a guarantee fee rate for a Government Business Enterprise specified in Schedule 3 of the Act; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Government Business Enterprises Regulations 1995 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
