EXPLANATORY NOTE

These by-laws amend the Cressy-Longford Irrigation Water District By-laws 2000 by –(a) changing references to the "Commission" to "the undertakers"; and(b) altering the requirements for the notification of an irrigation season; and(c) making further provision in relation to the place at which rates and charges may be paid.
