EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) (Fees) Regulations 1998 by –

(a) inserting a new filing fee for a claim for relief under the Residential Tenancy Act 1997 for the purposes of the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Act 1992 ; and

(b) updating certain fees.
