These regulations amend the Taxi Industry (Taxi Areas) Regulations 1996 by –(a) replacing a reference to capped value with references to assessed market value consequent on the enactment of the Taxi and Luxury Hire Car Industries Amendment Act 2003 ; and(b) specify certain new taxi areas.
