Crown Lands Amendment Regulations 2004

These regulations are administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Crown Lands Regulations 2001 by –

(a) prescribing fees payable under the Crown Lands Act 1976 ; and

(b) prescribing the rate of interest payable for arrears of rent on leases under that Act; and

(c) rescinding a spent expiry provision.
