These regulations amend the Vocational Education and Training Regulations 1995 –(a) consequent on the commencement of the Vocational Education and Training Amendment Act 2003 ; and(b) by removing provisions relating to travel and meal allowances that are no longer required to be prescribed; and(c) by converting the fees into fee units.
