Poisons Amendment Regulations 2003

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Poisons Regulations 2002 by –

(a) omitting the definition of "narcotic substance"; and

(b) correcting certain references; and

(c) omitting insulin from Schedule 6; and

(d) adding olopatadine to the list of substances in Schedule 7.
