EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations amend the Land Titles Regulations 2002 by providing that an application or dealing, when it is lodged for registration, is to contain the full name, residential address and occupation of –

(a) any witness to the application or dealing; and

(b) all parties to the application or dealing.
