EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations establish fees payable under the Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 for –

(a) an agent licence; and

(b) an employee licence; and

(c) a duplicate licence or identity card; and

(d) inspection of the register.
