EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe new traffic infringement notice offences relating to cyclists and the users of wheeled recreational devices (such as rollerblades, skateboards and scooters); and(b) rescind obsolete traffic infringement notice offences, and other offence provisions, relating to those and certain other matters; and(c) make corrections to the schedule of traffic infringement notice offences by way of statute law revision.
