These regulations amend the Poisons Regulations 1975 –(a) to allow the Minister to authorise registered nurses working in palliative care to obtain and administer certain narcotic substances and restricted substances; and(a) in respect of the labelling of certain medicines in accordance with the requirements of the Standard for the Uniform Scheduling of Drugs and Poisons.
