EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the notice)
This notice increases the fee payable to the Pharmacy Board of Tasmania in respect of –(a) the issue of any annual certificate of registration to any pharmaceutical chemist from $145 to $165; and(b) an application for registration or renewal of registration of a pharmacy from $145 to $200; and(c) the issue of every certificate of identity from $30 to $50; and(d) the inspection of pharmacy services from $75 to $100.
