This proclamation is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) declares an area of Crown land to be a conservation area and gives the name Port Sorell Conservation Area to that area of land; and

(b) gives that name to other land that was previously declared to be a sanctuary with respect to birds.
